We really couldn't have asked for any thing more from a wedding venue. We looked at a number of venues before Gaynes Park and as we planned to get married at the venue it had to be right, and when we saw Gaynes Park we knew it was the one. The staff were brilliant and as there was around 18 months from booking to the wedding date they were always happy to help with any enquiries. We really felt confident that they could deal with any issue. It was also a nice touch to see the venue in use for the taster evening and discuss ideas with other couples getting married in the same month. Organisation in the week up to the wedding was also very good and again staff were happy to deal with any questions. The part we were most impressed with was the person dealing with us on the day, Mary. She was brilliant and kept everything ticking along calmly. She worked with my uncle who was master of ceremonies and as someone who worked in the hospitality industry for over 30 years said she was really good. I was concerned about the drinks ordered and the food as it was from the standard package, but shouldn't have as there was plenty of drinks before the bar opened and the food was excellent and lots of the guests commented on how good it was. It terms of the veune and the staff I would recommend Gaynes Park to anyone, down to the honeymoon cottage it made the venue that bit different and very, very special. Even though you know they have hundreds of weddings a year it felt like our special place.

Just want to say a huge thank you to Gaynes Park and all the team for making our wedding day perfect. From the very beginning when we saw the venue and booked it straight away without even looking elsewhere, we knew it was 'the one'.
From the phone calls and emails with numerous questions you helped us all the way through, especially on the day. Our front of house, Mikaela, was absolutely amazing and she made sure everything run to time and everything went without a hiccup.
We received so many compliments about the venue and food and the way the staff presented themselves, which really made our day so much better knowing that all our guests enjoyed the venue and wedding as much as we did. One of our guests said he has been to about 16 weddings and he has never tasted food as good as that before. Another didn't realise that Essex had wedding venues as spectacular as Gaynes Park. The food was prepared so professionally and the chef went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you for setting up in the morning and making the reception look beautiful and just how we envisaged it to look.
From the bottom of our hearts we thank you so much for everything you did and for making our wedding day what it was, truly magical and memorable! We wish you and Gaynes Park all the best for the future.

We would just like to thank you again for the quality of the food, service and organisation that went into making Sancha and Stephen's wedding celebrations at Gaynes Park such a success. During the day we received many comments from our guests on how impressed they were with the venue, presentation and the unobtrusive, yet highly efficient way the canapés, breakfast and evening food was served by you and your team. The canapés and beef came in for praise for their originality, taste and tenderness. Once again, many thanks for all that you and your team did in making Sancha and Stephen's day a time to remember.
