Driving Directions

Gaynes Park is conveniently located – just 10 minutes from both the M25 and M11 and two miles from Epping town centre.

Rail Links

Epping Station, at the end of the Central Line, is a 30-minute (fast) walk or a short cab ride away, giving easy access to the London Underground and mainline stations. There is a taxi rank outside Epping Station.

Local Accommodation

Gaynes Park offers optional accommodation for the honeymoon couple at the Apple Loft Cottage, plus further accommodation in The Coach House, which boasts 10 double bedrooms.

Our wedding venue is also well served with accommodation in the surrounding area, suited to a variety of budgets. For your convenience, we have listed the options we know to provide a clean and comfortable stay.

Finish Time

Under the terms of our licence, the alcohol service has to end at 11.15pm and the music by 11.30pm. Guests should depart by 12 midnight.

It is essential to pre-book transport for the end of the night in advance, so please order buses, mini buses and taxis for 11.45pm.


We have ample parking on-site to accommodate all wedding guests.

Little Guests

Children are more than welcome to attend weddings and receptions at Gaynes Park, but should be supervised at all times to ensure their safety.

Disabled Access

Gaynes Park offers disabled access throughout the venue. There are also two disabled access bedrooms available in the on-site accommodation.
